Hello
I am looking for a master list of end-of-life-support for hardware; desktops, laptops, thin clients, printers and servers. Most support calls to HP want to direct me to sales, but I need to get some items off my books.
I really need thin clients t610, t620 and t730 EoLS . I want to upgrade, but need to justify why with older equipment EoSL dates.
Is there a list?
Thanks,
Bruce

there is no master list per say since hp makes so many diffrent models/sub models of consumer computers, workstations, business systems, thin clients, printers.....well you get the idea
some business, thin clients, workstations may have a EOL posted in their warranty descriptions, in general a system has active support for 3 years (up to 5 in some cases)
for thin clients:
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/hpdm/Documentation/ReleaseNotes/ReleaseNotes_HP_Device_Manager-4.7SP7.pdf
HPDM Agent requirements
HPDM provides full support for all HP thin clients within EOL (end-of-life) + 3 years
and partial support for all HP thin clients within EOL + 5 years.
Each thin client should have a minimum of 10 MB of free disk space.
