Product Life Cycle (PLC) data is available on HP PCB, HP's public marketing database.
If you're having any difficulties using the tool, please list the models you're looking into and I can help you out. Please note that I'm not aware of the actual internal implications of the obsolescence date.
Hope that helps.

I have already found the basic product information, but I am after end of unit production information,
So End of Line / Life - when the unit will stop being produced
End of support - when support will no longer be provided from the OEM for this item.
Cheers

I don't understand why you think that
The pc is not very old, it cannot be at the end of its life if that's what you mean!
Notice here the drivers are available:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-z4-g4-workstation/16449890/model/16449894
for windows 10 (ex: Jan 28, 2019)
this would not be the case for an end-of-life pc
however, everything may not be available
What do you want exactly

I am after exactly what I have asked for above, I know the workstation is new, it has been produced/ assembled by HP, I am after information on when they are going to stop production / assembly of that particular workstation. So End of Life information.
As for end of support, most companies will provide drivers / updates for certain components for X amount of years after production of that item has stopped..... which is the second set of information that I am trying to find out.
I can find none of this information online, so have come here, I've seen a few similar posts that people have been able to provide that above information.
Cheers

Hi, @DGroves :
Would you be able to answer any of this forum member's questions?
I have been a member of this forum since 2010, and was a member of the old HP business support forum since 2007, and never saw any published info from HP regarding production dates and end of support dates for their business desktops, notebooks or workstations.
I know that the HP consumer class PC's provide updated drivers for around 2 - 3 years, and a person can access the driver support page for 10 years, at which time support is retired.
But the HP business PC's support is a bit more convoluted. It has been my experience that driver updates normally provided for 3 - 5 years after production, unless there is a major security flaw requiring a BIOS update.
For example, my HP 8200 Elite CMT manufactured in 2011 received a BIOS update dated 1 May 2019.
But the drivers haven't been updated in years.
The business PC support pages usually exist for 15 years or so.
There are still business desktop models out there such as the d530 built in 2004, that still has a driver support page in existence
I would expect that page to be taken down soon, since the one for the year older d510 has been retired.
Anyway, you know more about the workstation side of the business than I do.

Hello,
The Obsolescence date for the 5UC62EA is May 31, 2020. Note obsolescence, not end of support.
This is what HP says for products no longer supported:
Typically, HP stops supporting most products after 10 years. Once a product is retired, the official HP support content (troubleshooting articles, user guides, how-to videos, etc.) for that product is removed from the HP web site. Additional support content may still be available via the HP Forums or from third-party web sites; however, HP takes no responsibility for content authored by third-parties.
Hope that helps somewhat.

both of the above posts cover pretty much everything regarding HP support
all i can add is that as i recall active driver updates are usually for the first 1-3 years and after that driver updates only happen if a major issue is found (years 4-5)
however HP and other venders, offered a non standard update for the intel "spectre" security flaw that covered many systems that were over 5 years old.... this was/is a unique situation which is why the early z workstations got a new bios update even after official support ended
and microsoft has integrated this patch and other intel security patches into windows 10 that cover many more systems that never received a spectre patch from the OEM
