"Obsolete" is NOT "End of Life".
The product is no longer for sale by HP.
Certain upgrades may no longer be available.
You may have to purchase parts from merchants other than HP.
The product may no be included in certain testing (for example, new technology / parts / drivers / Operating System versions).
It is not "end of days" - just end of "new product feel".
When the model finally does reach End-of-Life (typically ten years), the product drivers and documentation will be removed from HP. At THAT TIME, the model will be added to the Retired List.
Is your HP Product “vintage? (Ten years of age or older)
Typically, HP stops supporting consumer products after ten years. Read the policy and find out if your HP device is on the list.
