I have the specifications from the HP site for my model of computer, but it doesn't show the voltage for the memory.  I want to upgrade my system and there are memory sticks that are 1.5 and 1.35 Volts.

What does my computer require for memory?

Hi:

Play it safe and buy the DDR3L-1600 (1.35V) memory.

In order to meet the DDR3 memory standard, memory that runs at 1.35V must also run at 1.5V.

However, 1.5V DDR3 memory (which is the 1.5V standard), will not run at 1.35V.
