Product: Ram upgrade

Hi one of the entry level PC guys who bought the envy with the 3070 on sale, I play VR and I wanna upgrade the ram, I've seen all kinds of stuff on line. There's 4 spots but it only uses 2, it's capacity is 126g but it won't handle it. Only certain ram will run to spec, please help, id like to get to 64gb of ram or higher. Please help me lol
