Hi @EddyG315

Welcome to the HP Forum.

Your PC's MB does not provide AMD memory over clocking (DOCP) in the BIOS.

There is not much else you can do if Ryzen Master can't help.

HP ships certain memory modules in PCs, such as your TG01-2000a PC, that will run at faster speeds.

Did you upgrade/replace your PC's memory using retail memory modules?

Hi @EddyG315

Retail memory modules will probably not run at 3200 MHz on your PC's MB. What brand of memory did you Buy?

I'm guessing you bought 16 GB modules. I have never seen 16 GB HP memory modules for your MB.

Your MB does not support AMD memory overclocking. And Ryzen Master aborts when you run this program.

Crucial Memory offers compatible memory modules for many HP PCs.

Crucial memory is guaranteed by Crucial to work in HP MBs. But I have never seen anyone in this Forum confirm if Crucial memory runs at higher speeds on BIOS locked HP MBs.

Regards
