Erica8 motherboard not working correctly?

Hello all,
I work in IT and am having a possible issue with the HP Motherboard Erica8,
The system orignally came with an rtx 3060 but was swapped with an nvidia quadro p4000 (for CAD purposes). Upon installing the latest drivers (or versions 1 & 2 below current), I get a black screen on post.
I put the GPU into a different bench computer and after downloading the driver it works without a problem.
Has anyone had any similar issues with the board /know how to resolve this? Thanks!

I haven't had any similar issues with this particular (Erica8/9) motherboard, but you could likely be dealing with a bad board (which I have experienced a few times) if you have determined that your processor, RAM, boot drive and GPU are all in good working order.

What motherboard exactly do you have -reason I'm asking is that Erica8 / Erica9 are often interchanged.  Which model do you have:

Replacing an Erica8/9 motherboard -even via eBay is pricey, unfortunately: at least $149 or so a quick search revealed: HP Victus TE02 Erica 8 AMD Motherboard B550A L56021-008 N21152-001 N00595-008 | eBay.
