Obviously, this post is for a laptop?
So what is the model of the latter, how when does this message occur?
Have you replaced the charger, or is it with the original one?
Still guaranteed?

The Spectre Notebook model no :13-ac013dx     ProdID  Z4Z20UA#ABA

HP Charger  TPN-LA06  model#: 918338-001  HP Spare: 860210-850

The error message pops up when I use the notebook plugged in.  

It is the original charger and is no longer guaranteed.

In this case it may be damaged!
unless this is a problem after a windows update ..
Difficult to say / confirm (unless you reinstall the computer in a previous version of windows)
If you need the adapter, you can search with the part number, directly with HP partners, or with a search engine

860210-850   Part is not orderable in the HP Parts Store.
