Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP EX950 2TB M.2 NVME drive that has failed and I need replacement. I warranty checker site does not recognize the serial number of the drive so I can get the drive replaced. I have a photo of the drive with the serial and the part number. 

 

How can I get this drive replaced?

Please help us with the laptop serial number or the product number on a private message for further assistance.
