Hi
I just bought the all-in-one computer Hp24f0800no and the problem is that when I turn off the computer the external hard drives still runs which is a little disturbing since the computer is in the bedroom.
Is there some settings I can do?
I had an MSI AE2050 all-in-one and I had no problem with the drives, they turned off when I turned the computer off, so whatś so special with HP?

Greetings,
Welcome to the forum.
I am not a HP employee.
Do you mean an activity LED on the external HDD is on?
The system is still energized when it is off. Try a different USB port.
Some newer PCs have USB charging ports. I don't know if this is your situation.
