Product: HP Z2 Mini G5 Workstation

Hi all i have a problem with fan on  HP Z2 Mini G5 I am project manager in G1 company israel i have airport project  with 6 Workstations Z2 for VMS clients with milestone each workstation shows 10 cameras in full HD and load of the workstation is not more than 30% ,but fan is working wary loud and one of the fans is broke its inter to the bios with error fan ,can i do something to resolve this issue ,Thanks
