Failed Hard Drive Quick Test?

I cleaned my GPU and CPU due to dust trapping in heat and throttling performance, including the fans, and placed a new layer of thermal paste so that they would be good to go for a couple more years. Somewhere along the way I may have damaged an sata connection, the hard drive, or the connector socket on the motherboard. Whichever it may be I hope is answered by this picture.

What is the description for this Failure ID? Any help is appreciated.

Hi:

The reason your PC's model number is not permitted is because the forum adminstrators are trying to block some pesky spammers pawning themselves off as HP support folks from posting scam phone numbers.

I have been blocked from posting links to drivers as well, so we will have to bear with this until they work the kinks out.

The message you received Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure means the hard drive needs to be replaced and the operating system reinstalled.

The 24 character code tells you no more that what you see on the screen.
