OMEN by HP Obelisk Desktop 875-0024
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. I have been having some display issues that finally came to a head earlier this month when my graphics card broke to the point of becoming completely unusable. The card came with the Omen PC, and worked well until late November when my screen would go black for no apparent reason and either reset or force me to reboot my pc. Over the course of the next week, I began trouble shooting different problems it could be on the pc, (drivers, power supply, etc.) until it came down to the only explanation being the graphics card. To reward my inquiry and to remain on theme for 2020, the card's performance devolved to the point that it could no longer clearly display anything on my monitor. According to the HP profile for my Omen, the manufacturer warranty expired at the start of November. I have been in contact with Nvidia, who produces the card, and they said that they honor their cards for three years, but HP would have to issue the request as they are the buyer. I am wondering where I should go to see about the possibility of getting the card replaced.
