I'm looking for someone to guide me to fix my HP All-in-One PC which stopped to boot and shows nothing on display, not even the beep.

This looks like a hardware issue.

 

However, try to perform the steps from this document, and if this does not fix the issue, I recommend you contact phone support to take the unit to the nearest service center in your region.
