Hello ! When I ran HP Support Assistant for updates, it offered Realtek RTL8xxx Bluetooth Series Driver for Microsoft Windows 10, version 1.9.1051.3004, sp143039.
The package description stating "This package contains the DCHU driver installation package for the Realtek bluetooth in the supported notebook/laptop models and operating systems ( Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows10 Cloud OS).", and after trying to download it an error message told me "Failed to install" with the driver concerned.
In addition, it is important to note that I still had the same problem with the "Realtek RTL 8xxx Wireless LAN Drivers", which I managed to install thanks to another post on this forum.
I therefore ask for your help to determine if this driver installation can be installed via another executor than the HP Support Assistant, and if it is possible to update them in another way. Note that my laptop is an OMEN by HP Gaming Laptop 16-xd0xxx, with Windows 10 64 bits.
Thank you !
Lilian

Hi, Lilian:
I recommend you install an even newer version of the Realtek Bluetooth driver:
Realtek RTL8xxx Series Bluetooth Driver
1.9.1051.3007
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp144501-145000/sp144944.exe
If the driver update from the HPSA keeps showing up, you should have the option to delete it, and not have it show up again.
