You'll have to replace the memory module that failed.

The parts list for your PC indicates that it has a 16 GB DDR4-3200 MHz memory module.

I have replaced the ram but my computer still wont boot into windows. it will automatically go to the blue screen. I ran all the tests and it shows that everything is good now but won't go into windows.

Sometimes when the PC has a memory failure, it corrupts Windows.

That happened to me once after one of my memory chips failed.

You will probably have to reinstall Windows like I had to.

If you have important files you want to save, clean install Windows by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the media creation tool for W10 or W11 (as applicable) from the links below.

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)

Boot from the installation media and when you are asked, 'Where do you want to install Windows,' install it over the existing Windows partition and it will create a Windows.old folder.

After Windows has completed installing, you can explore the Windows.old folder, find your old user profile and copy and paste the user folders to your new profile and it will overwrite the existing empty folders with the files from your old user profile.

If you have nothing important to save you can use the HP Cloud recovery tool on another PC and make a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this:

Since you have to use the utility on another PC, you will need to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.

Your PC's product number is 328L3AA#ABA
