My PC hasn’t been booting, so i ran a memory diagnostics test and recieved a failure id:
Q4M5BW-AJNBRC-GXPTHF-401V03
Do you know what can it be?

Most likely the report is going to indicate a problem with the memory chip, and it will need to be replaced.
