Following on from a previous post I attempted a RAM upgrade (followed the advice about correct compatibility accordingly) . Unfortunately I didn't take note of just how fragile the HP all in one systems can be, according to all the similar posts on here.
The PC will no longer turn on I just get the error code of x 3 long beeps x 2.
I've followed the basic steps to resolve such as removing power/hard reset.
I'm about done tinkering myself, I shouldn't have attempted it in the first place. It was more the fact I don't drive so dragging the unit to a repair shop would have been a bit of a hassle.
Is this a lost cause/major fault? Or could the right hands bring the PC back to life.
Thank you in advance.

Hi @Ck2991
This LED failure indicates that the memory is not compatible or is damaged, I recommend you to remove the new memory you bought and test if it works.

Thank you for the reply and advice. Apologies I should have stated I did remove the new and reinstalled the original as part of my troubleshooting. Unfortunately the issue remains. I've also tried to insure it's seated correctly.

try to clean the slots with dust-free air, I hope the slot is not damaged, swap the memory between slots.

it may be that the slot is damaged, that led error as I indicated is a memory error.
