Bought a 1TB SSD, plugged it into a cable that was already connected, went through the Virtual Assistant for help. I can't get it to see this drive. I'm not totally computer illiterate and have built PCs before but this is driving me up the wall. (Note: I upgraded the RAM a few months ago with no issues.) Thanks

@LibertasAnLetum -- DISREGARD
Really?
When you enter BIOS SETUP, is it detected?
While Windows is running, you will need to "initialize" it, and assign a drive-letter, to complete the "detection".
