I recently bought an hpnpendrive tried to install ventoy to make it multiple boot os drive . But when I try to install it. It won't successfully install. Even a cheap pendrive can handle it. And the name of the pendrive is vendor co from inside is it real product or not.

There is no serial number anywhere .

And I can't use the pendrive properly.

The store is hp authorised but how can they sell a cheap quality duplicate pendrive.
