Hi, Do I need to clean the fan on an all in one computer and if so how?

The fan has vent holes. This is what I did on my Surface Pro 4: I went to the opposite side away from the vent holes and blew air into the usb slot, ext display slot and simm slot. Later, I did not have to do this because the battery had swelled up so fat I could easily put the air tube anywhere in the tablet.
Do you hear the fan turning? It should make a light noise and you should feel air coming out. If fan not turning you need to open it up and fix the problem asap.

All computers accumulate dust bunnies. Keep a can of compressed air handy and use it once a month more or less. Dust can harden with heat making it difficult to remove but that generally applies to gaming towers with heavy duty power supplies. Blow the dust out a few times a year on your system should be ok.
