I have found it after I opened the computer case, it is very easy to open when you know where the hidden screws are located.
Anyway, it says
"DC BRUSHLESS
DC12V 0.62A
NS7CB01
-16C07
6033B0049301
REV:A01
MADE IN CHINA (WF)"
On top of the fan.
But I couldn't find it on the market, I have to buy a similar one then.

Clean the fan. Your could also mount an external fan on the back of the case.

Hi,
As I mentioned, the internal fan died, it doesn't spin, BIOS doesn't recognize it.
The external fan is fine.
I don't think this model is so old that no one produces the internal fan anymore.
Thanks for the reply, but my problem still remains.
