I just sent in my HP Envy All in One to Best Buy to see what the issue(s) are. I received word that it is due to a faulty motherboard; the computer will not turn on at all, though power does appear to be connecting. This device is barely over 1 years old since date of purchase: 1 year 1 month.
The warranty just expired last month — I had several issues before: sound driver, Bluetooth connections, random shutdowns.
I feel I received a faulty device, and I do not see anyway to get in touch with HP to solve this issue. As, after only one year of use the device is now completely inoperable due to a hardware issue, I feel scammed at this point.
What can I do?
