Windows continually tries to update and fails with these error msgs: Update for Windows 10 Version 1703 for x64-based Systems (KB4033631) - Error 0x80073712 and 2018-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1703 for x64-based Systems (KB4093107) - Error 0x80073712. What is the fix?

This series was introduced in mid to late 2012.
Unfortunately, there is no fix.
The system is not on the list of HP products tested for Windows 10:
HP Products Tested with Windows 10
There are no Windows 10 HP Drivers / Software for this system:
HP ENVY 23-d030 TouchSmart All-in-One Desktop PC
The HP Drivers / Software provide the "backbone" to the Windows infrastructure. This includes things like your BIOS, the network, button control, recognition of the hardware.
Although there was an initial push by Microsoft to get "everyone" onto Windows 10, over time computers that are not compatible with the latest Windows 10 Updates are no longer able to update.
