OMEN 30L Desktop GT13-1350st CTO

I purchased a warranty from HP, only to be told later that it was invalid and subsequently refunded. I sent in my Omen desktop for repair, clearly requesting a motherboard replacement due to a faulty PCIe slot. Instead, the service center replaced the graphics card. The card was removed on the day of arrival, which suggests it was defective out of the box.

When the desktop was returned, it arrived damaged. It had not been properly packaged, and the case was visibly bent. I’ve made repeated attempts to contact support and have received no meaningful assistance. I’ve since shipped the PC back again and requested to speak with someone in escalations, but every request has been ignored.

This is a high-end, expensive Omen desktop, and the lack of support has been incredibly frustrating. I’ve called more times than I can count and still have no resolution.
