do you know if ther'is a link where inserting the serial number of my Z440 I can check the initial Hardware configuration?

Unfortunately, probably not.

 

Input your PC's serial number or product number in the box at the link below and see what shows up.

I'm thinking you will get a list of all options that could have come with your model.
