Hi, i want to find this pc model using this serial number only, because i don't know where it is located and i only have this number. So I try to search using HP drive download page but it state that more than one result is associated with this serial number and ask me to provide a product number to complete the request. Anyone can help me on this?

Hi:
The serial number you posted indicates that you have an HP 8300 Elite Microtower PC.
http://partsurfer.hp.com/search.aspx
Here is the support page for that model...

The model number of your PC should also be found in the system information window in the PC's BIOS.
