Product: hp envy 500 rechargeable mouse
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hey,
The scroll on my hp envy 500 rechargeable mouse has stopped working properly and is lagging and I'm sure it's due to the contacts probably inside getting a bit loose and dusty so could you let me know how to open the mouse up cause there are no screws anywhere unlike other mice so is it possible to open this up and if so what is the way?

@john127860 -- some mice just "slide" open, similar to a Samurai pulling their weapon out of its case.
Just try some gentle "pulling" of the bottom-side away from where the tail enters the mouse.
