Does anyone know where to buy the Flex Port USB-C with Power Delivery up to 100W and Display port Alt Mode for Hp Pro mini 400 g9??

I spoke to Hp on the chat, and on the phone for hours and they couldn't help me.

The Flex IO option card for the HP Pro Mini 400 G9 with a USB-C port, Power Delivery (PD) up to 100W, and DisplayPort Alt Mode is likely the HP Type-C USB 3.1 Gen2 Port with PD Flex IO, with part number 3TK79AA aka L35101-001 "SPS-PCA CHAGALL2 USB-C GEN2 PD CRD ENT18"

This part is for sale via eBay-US: https://www.ebay.com/itm/184454232604?_skw=3TK79AA&itmmeta=01JV57NXTB160D3HSEFQFVAN1B&hash=item2af25..., but not in the UK as far as I was able to ascertain.

Unfortunately, this part is on backorder ("Part is on backorder, quantity in stock is 0") both in the US and the UK's HP Part Store.
