Thanks for sharing your discovery about the HP 710 keyboard. You're absolutely right that the Print Screen function can be a bit tricky to locate on this model. Here's a clear and complete guide to help you and others use the Print Screen feature effectively:

How to Use Print Screen on the HP 710 Keyboard

The HP 710 keyboard doesn’t have a traditional “PrtScn” key labeled as such. Instead, the Print Screen function is integrated into the F10 key, which may be marked with a small printer icon.

Steps to Take a Screenshot:

  1. Locate the F10 Key

    • Look at the top row of your keyboard.
    • Find the F10 key — it should have a printer icon above it.
  2. Use the Fn Key Combination

    • Press Fn + F10 together to activate the Print Screen function.
    • This captures the entire screen and copies it to your clipboard.
  3. Paste the Screenshot

    • Open an app like PaintWord, or Email.
    • Press Ctrl + V to paste the screenshot.
  4. Save the Image (Optional)

    • In Paint or another image editor, you can save the screenshot as a file by clicking File > Save As.

To Capture Only the Active Window:

  • Press Alt + Fn + F10
This captures just the currently active window instead of the full screen.
