I own an HP Pavilion desktop 590-p0xxx and I need to replace the front facing USB ports as they are physically damged. Could you tell me the exact part number and possibly a link to a video. Thank you
Also
In the questionnaire above it won't let me bring up anything for Operating System or the Product Name sections.

Greetings @Auggdogg066
Welcome to the HP Forum.
All front I/O, including all USB ports, are integrated into the HP MB.
You may have to replace the MB unless a local PC Tech or Electronics Tech could, somehow, repair or replace the USB ports.
You might be able to find a used HP MB at eBay using the HP MB part number.
The MB part number should be affixed to the MB. Or provide a specific HP PC Product Number.
We might be able to find the MB part number, if you can't ID the MB part number, by using the PC's part number at HP Part Surfer. I don't think 590-p0xxx would work at HP Part Surfer. Try it to see how it goes.
