Hi @Nehalaryan,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see you have an ongoing issue with the USB port Issue. I have shared few steps that should help.
At first. please Shut down, unplug all the inserted devices, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds and then turn on the laptop.
Run the UEFI hardware diagnostic on the usb ports. Turn off tap esc as you power up then F2 then component tests and pick usb. You will need to insert a usb device in each port as it tests the hardware. If it comes with a failure ID please share that. It must be a hardware issue.
If not, Right click on each usb "hub" in device manager select properties and events and look at the event log. You may want to try uninstalling each device from device manager, reboot and let the driver reload.
You may try system reset, please take a back up of all the data.
These steps are for Windows 10 or above.
1. Click on the Start menu.
2. Choose “Settings.”
3. Then choose “Update and Security.”
4. From there, select “Recovery” from the left panel within the window.
5. You will then see three options available:
- Reset this PC”
“Go Back to an Earlier Build”
“Advanced”
6. Click on the “Get started” button under “Reset this PC.”
7. From there, you will have to choose whether you would like to keep your files on your computer or if you want a clean slate.
- Choose either “Keep my files,” or
Remove everything” depending on your needs.
8. Regardless of which you choose, all of your applications will be deleted and any settings will be returned to their default.
9. If you choose “Remove everything,” you will also have to decide whether you want a completely clean drive or if you would like to keep the laptop and you aren’t planning on giving it away.
10. For a device you are not planning to keep, choose “Remove files and clean the drive.” This will make it much more difficult for a new user to access your old files.
11. Otherwise, you will want to click on “Just remove my files.”
You may receive a warning from Windows asking you whether you want to go back to a previous version of your operating system.
If you are using Windows 7 or 8 Please click here to reset the PC
If the issue still fails, You may try doing a system recovery.
Please click here to perform HP cloud recovery: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_4511095-4511141-16
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
