Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding GK100F MECHANICAL KEYBOARD KEYS PROBLEM!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your keyboard. Here are a few steps you can follow to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issues you're experiencing with the Q key and the space bar:

  1. Check Keyboard Settings:

    • Open the Control Panel on your computer, and go to "Keyboard" settings. Ensure that the correct language and input method are set.
  2. Update or Reinstall Keyboard Drivers:

    • Go to the Device Manager on your computer.
    • Expand the "Keyboards" section.
    • Right-click on your keyboard device and select "Update driver."
    • If updating doesn't help, you can uninstall the driver and then restart your computer. Windows will automatically reinstall the driver.
  3. Reset Keyboard Settings:

    • Sometimes, resetting keyboard settings can solve the issue. This can be done through your operating system's settings under the "Keyboard" section.
  4. Check for Software Conflicts:

    • Some software may cause conflicts with your keyboard functions. Try closing any unnecessary programs running in the background to see if it resolves the issue.
  5. Clean the Keyboard:

    • Dust and debris can sometimes cause keys to malfunction. Use compressed air to blow out any debris that might be stuck under the keys. Gently clean the keys with a damp cloth.
  6. Test with Another Device:

    • Connect your keyboard to another computer to check if the issue persists. If the same issue occurs, the problem is likely with the keyboard itself.
  7. Factory Reset:

    • If your keyboard has a reset mechanism (refer to your keyboard’s user manual), performing a factory reset may help.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
