Hello, my HP Envy 700-159 (H6V02AA) has a 460W PSU and a NVIDIA GeForce 635 which I want to upgrade to a Radeon RX580. The NVIDIA GeForce is rated at 35W, the Radeon is rated much higher at 185W.
I have two questions:
#1 Will the Radeon card fit into the chassis?
#2 Will the HP Envy PSU be enough to power the new Radeon GPU card?
...and, if the card will fit, but the PSU isn't enough power, what PSU should I use to replace the existing one?
It's a lot of ask.

Welcome to our HP User Forum!
Your HP ENVY 700-159 Desktop PC (H6V02AA) is fitted with the Memphis-B (SSID: 2AF7) which is 24-pin ATX-power enabled, meaning you can swap the original power supply with any industry standard ATX power supply, providing you watch its dimensions (LxWxH) for fit inside your desktop.
An AMD Radeon RX 580 8GB GDDR5 has a 185-watt TDP and requires one 8-pin PCIe power cable -please verify that your power supply has an 6+2-pin PCIe power cable. The recommended minimum power supply for this GPU is 450-watt: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/radeon-rx-580.c2938, which means that your existing 460-watt power supply with HP p/n: 633187-002 (633187-003) should be all right to power this GPU.
As to whether an RX 580 will fit inside your case, that depends on which RX 580 you are talking about. If it is an extended 3-cooling fan model such as an Asus ROG Strix RX 580 Gaming OC 8GB GDDR5:
Then no, this card will not fit in your desktop.
Hope this was helpful.
