In order to power any meaningful graphics card, if your desktop has a 180-watt power supply, you must upgrade to a 250-watt power supply with p/n: L08417-004, which you can buy via eBay-Canada, such as this purchase option: L08417-004 HP 400 600G4 800G3 250W Power Supply 80+ Platinum PCH022 Power Supply | eBay.
With a 250-watt power supply, you can power a low-profile RX 6400, such as this model: GIGABYTE RX 6400 Low Profile Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database, a low-profile GTX 1650, such as this model: ASUS GTX 1650 Low Profile Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database, a low-profile RX 550, such as this model: MSI RX 550 Low Profile OC Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database, an RTX A2000: NVIDIA RTX A2000 Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database, or a low-profile GTX 1050, such as this model: GIGABYTE GTX 1050 Low Profile Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database.
[EDIT -fixed correct YouTube video:] Mind you, some low-profile graphics cards still require a very minor case adjustment, where you'll need to snip off a little from the drives-cage/bay in order for the card to fit.
