I'm looking to add a GPU, currently running on integrated graphics. I understand I would need to also upgrade the PSU as currently a 180w unit with only 2 x 4 pin connectors (HP part number L08261-001). I'd like advice on compatible PSU upgrades, and also a suitable GPU. Motherboard is Rother intel CFL H370, there is a spare PCIEx16 slot. Thanks!

Your HP Pavilion Desktop - TP01-0020na as fitted with a Rother motherboard (SSID: 8653) and a 180-watt power supply with p/n: L08261-001, can be upgraded with either a 400-watt power supply with p/n: L04618-800, which is equipped with one 8-pin PCIe power cable, or a 500-watt power supply, with p/n: L05757-800, which is equipped with one 8-pin and one 6-pin PCIe power cables.
You can purchase these power supplies online, such as via eBay-United Kingdom.
At this point, the decision which PSU and which GPU depends on your budget. One of the least expensive combinations would be a 400-watt power supply, and one of the smaller-sized (two fan) graphics cards such as an RTX 3050, GTX 1660 Ti, or an RTX 4060.
If your budget allows it, get the 500-watt power supply, and pair it with a graphics card such as an RTX 3060, RTX 2070, or an RTX 4060 Ti.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
