GPU and Ram upgrade

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can i upgrade my gpu to  AXRX 550 RED DRAGON 4GB GDDR5 128BIT? Then put 2pcs of 8GB ram.. will it work?

you will probably have difficulty replacing the power supply.
therefore in the current configuration not possible for this type of graphics card

If i use gtx 1050 ti then my PSU Cooler master MWE bronze 650 watts 80+? Im not gonna use front panel usb and audio.. it will work? I don't know how to read the charts..

You have to open and check.
the type of power supply in place can be particular
