Planning to Upgrade to GTX 1650 D6 OC V1 Edition (1fan) or D6 XS V1 (2fans). ofc i want to get the 2fans for bigger heatsink but I'm not sure if it will fit. i can sacrifice #5 sata port and maybe it will ; 800 G1 Parts
Also, I want to know if GTX 1650 will be able to operate entirely on mother board, if HP mobo properly set to 75W not lower. or need to use 6 pin ? i cannot see any 6pin connector on the mentioned GPUs.
Looking forward 🙏

Btw, it just occurred to me that your very first picture in your first post shows an HP EliteDesk 800 G1 SFF (Small Form Factor) motherboard, whereas your post refers to an HP EliteDesk 800 G1 TWR. Which one do you have? Because if you got an SFF, ONLY a low-profile GTX 1650 (like this one) will fit in your case.
Anyway, if you do have the TWR model, you should be able to fit an MSI GeForce GTX 1650 D6 Ventus. You may lose access to the SATA 3 port, but that wouldn't be a big deal at all.

Welcome to our peer-to-peer HP Community Forum!
Your HP EliteDesk 800 G1 TWR, as fitted with a 320-watt power supply is compatible with a GTX 1650, as you can see here, for example. Almost all GTX 1650 graphics cards don't require a 6-pin PCIe power cable.
I would suggest getting a 'mini' ("ITX") GTX 1650 with a card length of less than 175mm, such as one of these examples:
GIGABYTE GTX 1650 MINI ITX OC Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database
MSI GTX 1650 AERO ITX OC Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database
ZOTAC GTX 1650 OC Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database
Hope this was helpful.

Thankyou for your reply. Very helpful. but please advise on the given options as it's hard/costly (probably higher shipping cost than the gpu itself) to ship in my country.
So GTX 1650 Super is the only one that requires 6pin connectors right ? the rest does not. So this is the available ones with the lowest/acceptable selling prices :
Brand New:
1.) Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1650 D6 OC 4GB GDDR6 Graphics Card - 153mm Lenght ✔️
Used:
Sold almost half the brand new price.
I know 1st,2nd and the used one is the safest and will fit on the mobo . but i'm not even sure about their availability now as sites here are not even accurate. so i'm just checking if it all will fit and can be used as an alternative option just in case i go to their physical store and have different availability. Thankyou 🙏
