Your HP System OMEN 25L Desktop GT12-0xxx (please verify) as fitted with the HP Dorado motherboard (SSID: 8704) with p/n: L96319-601, is likely fitted with a 500-watt power supply with p/n: M22295-001 "Power Supply - 500W Persan3 FR".
Your 500/550-watt power supply would easily be sufficient to power your Zotac RTX 4060 Ti graphics card.
