I am thinking about buying a GPU for my computer. I watched many videos on how to install one because the integrated graphics make my computer run a bit slow. When I opened the computer I could not find the 8-pin or 6-pin that the people in the video were showing. I need to know how to get one so I can install this GPU that I have.

Welcome to our peer-to-peer HP Community Forum!
Your HP ENVY Desktop PC TE01-1000i (1K4E8AV) is fitted with the Baker motherboard (SSID: 8767) with p/n: L75365-601 "ASSY,MBD, Baker, Intel CML-S,WIN".
Most likely, you got an underwhelming 180-watt power supply (p/n: L81008-800 "Power Supply - 180W ENT20 Gold" -please check), which does not have a PCIe power cable, and which cannot power any meaningful graphics card beyond a GT 1030.
However, you can upgrade your power supply with a 400-watt PSU (p/n: L69242-800), which comes with one 6+2-pin PCIe power cable, or a 500-watt power supply, with p/n: L05757-800), which comes with one 6+2-pin PCIe and one 6-pin PCIe power cables. Both power supplies can be purchased online, such as through eBay.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
