GPU not reading reads 0% when playing games

Having a hard time playing games smoothly, GPU reads at 0% and unable to play games, I need some assistance. Im not too familiar with PCs, I need step by step instructions if anyone can help please!

what do you mean "GPU reads at 0%"
You can't play ok, but what kind of game, give at least one or two examples (link if possible)
What exactly happens between when you start the game, and when you launch the game, when things go wrong, what happens?

Give the full version of windows

When I run low games like RuneScape, Minecraft, games like that it runs fine, but unlike warzone and higher graphic games it freezes, and unable to play.. when I look at the performance on my PC while running warzone it says GPU 0% like it’s not reading it or something, I’m looking to upgrade the ram to 2x8 DDR4
