Will a low profile GT1030 GPU fit in my 800 G5 SFF? And also will the power supply handle it?

You should be fine with that model card.

 

According to the specs, HP offered the GT 730 as an optional card and that has a slightly higher power draw (+8W) than the GT 1030's 30W.
