Your HP ProDesk 400 G6 SFF is fitted with a 180-watt power supply.  Unfortunately, given the proprietary nature (and small dimensions) of this power supply, there are no power supply upgrades available for your desktop.

 

Actually, there is a 210-watt power supply with p/n: L70043-002 that may be compatible with your desktop. But that wouldn't make much of a difference to be honest.

 

As it is, the best graphics card option would be a low-profile RX 6400, such as this model.
