Is it possible to upgrade the graphics card, I need to use photoshop and mine is incompatible

If the adobe software is telling you the driver is out of date, you can install the latest AMD graphics driver from AMD:

 

First one listed under the W10 driver section.

 

AMD Ryzen™ 5 2400G Drivers

 

Decent performing graphics cards that should work in your PC as is, would be the Nvidia GT1030 or AMD RX550:

 

RX 550 or GT 1030 For Photoshop | Tom's Hardware Forum (tomshardware.com)

 

You can find these cards pretty reasonably in used but tested and working condition on eBay.

 

Make sure you get a video card that has the standard profile mounting bracket.

 

A low-profile card will be fine, but it has to have the standard profile mounting bracket for a tower PC and not the mounting bracket used for the slim tower or small form factor desktops.
