Im Wondering if i can use this to somewhat get a "decent" gaming pc sence i have a VERY LOW BUDGET

Yes, it should work fine.
I have the 8200 Elite, which is the upscale model of the 6200 Pro.
I installed the GT 730, and it worked just fine. If the GT 730 works, then the GT 710 should work.
Then I went ahead and installed the GT 1030, and that also worked fine.
I put the GT 730 in my other 8200 Elite.
