Can't open down loaded game. I click on open but nothing happens

@WmJohn , welcome to the Community.

 

I have had this problem several times in the past.  I always ran a search for the game and problem to see if others were experiencing the same thing.  No surprise, many were having the same problem and normally were able to give a solution.  It usually was a developer problem.
