Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Today I purchased an Nvidia Geforce GT 710 gpu, and upon installation, my pc would freeze on the "Press the ESC key for boot options"(or whatever it normally says there) and then beep a few times in 20 second intervals before giving a beep, waiting one second, beeping three times quickly, and then it would stop giving input to my monitor. I did some googling and figured out that this means that my BIOS is corrupted, but I would like to find out why this is happening and how to fix it. My system BIOS version is 7.19.

Here is a discussion on the exact question.  The motherboard in your PC is similar and should display the same problems.

The discussion also did mention  a site that will show what graphics cards should work
