Hi Guys

 

I have a HP OMEN 25L GT11-067ccn i5 10400 Desktop

I try replace it with a DELL RX550 4GB GPU on it. It cannot go into BIOS screen....

I have updated to latest BIOS and the result is same...

When I press ESC key, it just show a blank screen...

 

The GPU is no problem on other system but NOT on this OMEN desktop...

 

I believe the HP Omen BIOS have some UEFI compatibility issue with some GPU

when I search HP community or google, some other users have same experience...

 

DELL and Lenovo handle BIOS compatibility issue is much better than HP 😞

Hi:

 

That's very strange as the RX550 card is not that old.

 

What happens if you disable secure boot in the BIOS and then install the card?
