HP Recommended

I got a hp prime graphing calculator recently, and have noticed it giving incorrect answers and after trying it several times, it gives the correct answer.Like👇

 The first picture is the wrong answer, but after trying several times it gave the correct answer. Can someone please tell, what might be the issue?
