@Candyphobia,

Welcome to our HP Community forum!

Yes, you can, like this HP Compaq 8200 Elite SFF User did: HP Compaq 8200 Elite SFF PC Performance Results - UserBenchmark.

However, you'll have to upgrade your power supply to at least a 400-watt unit.

You can do this by using an HP model specific ATX power conversion adapter, such as this purchase example via Amazon-Sweden: iHaospace ATX 24 Pin to 6 Pin Power Adapter Cable for HP ProDesk 600 G1 EliteDesk 800 G1 SFF PSU Pow....

Meaning, this power adapter will make it possible to install an industry standard ATX power supply (watch its dimensions: LxWxH for fit inside your case or park the power supply outside your case) to replace the stock HP power supply.

Hope this was helpful.

Kind Regards,

Thanks! This might seem like a dumb question but is it possible to add a full size gpu with this method if i just cut up the case?

@Candyphobia,

Absolutely!

Something like this:

However, I do need to add this disclaimer: HP does not approve, recommend or encourage any case modifications and you'll do so at your own volition and assume any and all responsibility for any damages or harm that may be incurred.
